Zakayo Zakaria, the founder of CoastClean Tanzania, is a research fellow at the Economic and Social Research Foundation. He is a PhD student in Economics at the University of Dar es Salaam. 

Athena Wagner is a current fourth-year student at Lafayette College, majoring in Government & Law and minoring in Environmental Studies.

Dylan W. Groves is a professor of Government & Law at Lafayette College.
